I personally loved SH3 better than all the other games, but maybe that's because I wasn't playing the game shivering with fear and caked in my own faeces like the other 2 games, lol. With SH1 and SH2 you get to play (fairly standard) guys with Joe Standard appeal, so any guys playing the game actually become those characters and find themselves actually there in Silent Hill playing Heather in SH3 isn't as personal an experience because she's a little bit 'Buffy' and lightens the mood a little, cracking jokes and saying the occasional 'dumb-blonde' thing, making it just a little less scary than the previous 2 games (although she proves herself to be intelligent by refusing to put her hands in a toilet full of s**te!!)
I don't think everyone hates Heather, but I DO think that she takes some of the scariness away from any guys playing the game - VGChartz delivers comprehensive game chart coverage, including sales data, news, reviews, & game database for PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Series X, Nintendo Switch.
why does everyone hate heather? I think she rocks as a main character.
